Payments
You can pay with your card or with your bank. Unfortunately, not all banks are listed on our payment system. it's most preferable to pay with your credit/debit card.
No, we don't practice cash on delivery because of some security issues.
Once you click Pay Now button on your checkout page, you will be taken to a page where you will choose whether to pay with card or pay with bank. Choose pay with card then a page will appear for you to enter your credit/debit card details. The longer input box in that page is where you will enter the 16 digits infront of your card, the expiry date input box is where you will enter the expiry date of your card which is infront of your card. The CVV input box is the last 3 digit that is at the back of your card.

3D secure password is the One time Password normally called OTP. It will be sent to your Phone once you want to complete a transaction. Once the OTP gets to your phone as an SMS, you will be prompted to type in the 6 digits that is in that message into the current page that you are in.
Once you enter your card details and proceed for payment, the 3D secure password/OTP will automatically be sent to you as an SMS/Email.

Once you login to your account, the first page that opens up is your profile; and this is where you can update your credentials.
Once you make an order and it's confirmed, an Email will be sent to you automatically.
No, Once a product becomes out of stock, you cannot make an order for it.
Order Status
Once you login to your account, click on orders button then you will see the list of your order(s). Click on the particular order you want to track then you will see the status of that order.
Processing means that your order has been confirmed and it's been processed.
sending means that the order is on it's way to your specified address.
delivered means that your order(s) have been collected by you.
finished means you have received your order(s) successfully.
Before your order gets to you, you can cancel your order. For you to cancel your order, call 08055815035.
Shipping
The delivery charges depends on the type of product and the location of the customer. The delivery fee appears on the checkout page.
If a product is coming from the same state as the customer, it will take 3 days otherwise it will take 6 days. Any Global product takes 21 days to get to the customers
Yes, we can deliver international products to you.
Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have to check the item before signing the delivery note.
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for delivering the items to the pickup point, the pickup point will be determined by Anexon Global Ventures Limited.

Anexon Global Ventures Limited will not initiate refund/replacement for:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags, or to the product.

Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items included with the product at the time of delivery.

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return my order?


Kindly send a request to [email protected]. After confirming your return request, Our team will respond to your request and guide you to the next pickup point.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.


Cancellation Policy


You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation requests made by the means of sending a request to [email protected] be acknowledged. We do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means, i.e. through call.

If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, Anexon Global Ventures Limited will effect a refund.
